MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Lunch Committee:  Provide and serve bars/cookies, beverage, cups, & napkins for 50-60 people.  If you are unable to serve the month you are in the program booklet, YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN REPLACEMENT. 

All Demonstrators:  If you are unable to do your demonstration the month you are assigned in the program booklet, YOU MUST SWITCH MONTHS WITH ANOTHER 4-H MEMBER.

Officers:  If you are unable to attend a meeting, please ask a Youth Leader in advance to take over your position for the evening.  Also let your Key Leader know of this change.
